2022-23:

Raced twice for the Oaks during Cross Country season…ran 29:29.2 in the 8K to start the season at the Pacific Invitational…ran a season best 28:13 in the 8K at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.

Previous Experience:

Daxtyn hails from Bothell, Washington and ran for Lynnwood High School.  He kicked off his freshman season with a 5K PR time of 18:00.9, but shaved that all the way down 16:49.8 in his senior year, placing sixth at the District 1 Cross Country Championships.  On the track, Daxtyn competed in the 400m, 800m, 1600m, 3200m, 2000m steeplechase, and 300m hurdles.  In his senior season, Daxtyn was the district champ in the two mile, and qualified for the league championships in the mile, two mile, and 300m hurdles.  Daxtyn's PRs sit at 2:09.29 (800m), 4:43.55 (1600m), 10:10.34 (3200m), 42.10 (300m Hurdles), and 6:33.90 (2000m Steeplechase).
