2022-23:

Participated in four meets during Cross Country season…ran a personal best in the 8K during the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational with a time of 29:50.4…primarily ran the 1500 and 800 meters during Track season…ran a season best 4:28.14 in the 1500 meters during the Cardinal Classic…ran a season best 2:03.07 in the 800 at the GSAC Championship meet…was a member of Menlo’s 4X800 meters team that claimed 4th place at the GSAC Championship.

Previous Experience:

On the cross country course, Luther consistently threw down sub 18 minute 5K times, including a 17:59.0 showing at the 2021 Washington State Championships.  On the track, Luther's specialty event is the 800m, but also can run the 400m, mile, and two mile races.  His PRs include 53.89 in the 400m, 2:04.89 in the 800m, 4:53.14 in the mile, and 11:47.13 in the two mile.  All of these times will put Luther in competition to be one of Menlo's top runners at these distances.
