2022-23:

A staple of the Oaks Cross Country team…helped lead Menlo to a team victory at the Jessup Warrior Invitational with a time of 26:24…ran a season best 8K time of 26:15 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.

2021-22:

Ran in every cross country race for the second consecutive season...PRd in the 8k at the William Jessup Warrior Invitational with a time of 26:21.8...Placed 27th at the GSAC Cross Country Championship...Won the mile race at the Sunshine Invitational...PRd in the 3000m at the Linthicum Invitational with a time of 9:07.21 (7th best in program history).

2019-20:

Ran in every cross country race in his freshman season...Put up a career best time of 26:55.1 at the Vanguard Invitational...Placed 25th at the GSAC Cross Country Championship...Ran in three events in the COVID-19 shortened track season...PRd in the mile, the 1000m and the 3000m races...Ran the third fastest 1000m in program history (2:44.43) and the third fastest mile in program history (4:24.83) at the Sunshine Invitational in Santa Barbara...Ran a 9:23.04 3000m PR at the Sunbird Invitational in Fresno.

Previous Experience:

Prepped at Dougherty Valley High School in San Ramon, California...Ran a career best 5K of 15:23.9 at the NCS Championsip, placing 8th and qualifying for the State Championship...Placed 80th at the State Championship Race.
