CARMEL, CA – REGISTER HERE After a successful inaugural event, Menlo College Baseball is headed back to the greens this fall for its Second Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at the scenic Quail Lodge & Golf Club in Carmel, California. This year, the event is growing even bigger as Menlo College Softball and Menlo College Golf join the fun, inviting alumni, family, friends, and supporters of all three programs to come together for a special day of golf, community, and support for Oaks Baseball, Softball, and Golf.
The tournament will cap off an exciting OAKtoberFest weekend for Menlo Baseball and Softball. Alumni, families, and supporters are invited to join the Oaks in Atherton as each team hosts its Alumni Game before heading down the coast to Monterey for the Second Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser.

A Weekend of Oaks Tradition
OAKtoberfest will bring together generations of Menlo Baseball and Softball student-athletes, alumni, families, and supporters for a weekend celebrating the history and future of both programs.
The festivities will begin in Atherton with Alumni Games hosted by both Baseball and Softball, giving former Oaks the opportunity to return to campus, reconnect with teammates and coaches, and once again take the field. The celebration will then continue down the coast to Monterey, where the Menlo community will tee it up together at The Quail Golf Club alongside members and supporters of Menlo Golf.
Whether participating in the Alumni Games, spending the weekend in Monterey, or joining the programs exclusively for golf, the Second Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser offers another opportunity for the Oaks community to reconnect and support Menlo student-athletes.
A Growing Partnership
Following the success of last year's inaugural tournament, Menlo Baseball is excited to build on that momentum while welcoming Menlo Softball and Menlo Golf into the event for the first time.
"This event was an incredible way to bring our baseball family together last year, and we're excited to see it grow into something even bigger this fall," said Menlo Baseball Head Coach Mike Givens. "Adding Softball and Golf to the event makes it an even better opportunity for our alumni, families, and supporters to connect while helping us continue to build our programs and the greater Menlo Athletics community for the future."
Menlo Softball Head Coach McKinsey Thorpe is equally excited to see her program join the tradition and become part of the OAKtoberFest weekend.
"We are thrilled to join Baseball for this year's tournament and bring our softball community into such a special event," said Thorpe. "The chance to spend the weekend celebrating our alumni and then come together in Monterey to support our student-athletes is something we're really looking forward to. We're excited to connect our programs and create a weekend that our entire Oaks family can enjoy."
Menlo Golf Head Coach Jess Stimack is looking forward to bringing the Golf program into an event that celebrates the broader Menlo community.
"We're excited to be part of this year's tournament and to see Baseball, Softball, and Golf come together for such a special weekend," said Stimack. "Golf is a great way to bring people together, and this event gives our alumni, families, friends, and supporters an opportunity to connect while supporting Menlo student-athletes. The event welcomes golfers of all skill levels and invites participants to register alongside friends, family, fellow Oaks, and members of the Menlo community. With 18 holes of golf, a silent auction, special competitions, and opportunities to donate, the tournament offers plenty of ways to enjoy friendly competition, build new connections, reconnect with old teammates, and spend the day supporting Menlo Athletics.
Proceeds from the tournament will directly benefit the Menlo Baseball, Softball, and Golf programs, helping all three teams provide outstanding opportunities and resources for their student-athletes while investing in the future of their programs.
