LONG BEACH, CA – Signing off as one of the most prolific scorers Menlo Women's Basketball has ever seen, senior guard
Alberte Frisch further added to her collection of accolades with another Pacific West Conference postseason award, earning All-PacWest First Team honors as announced on Wednesday. A dynamic three-level scorer as well as the Oaks' primary playmaker and a hard-nosed defender, Frisch ended her collegiate career among the Oaks' all-time greats.

Over the course of the 26-game 2025-26 season, only a select few were able to achieve the level of consistency that Frisch delivered. The PacWest's leading scorer at 17.8 points per game (fourth in the NCAA Division II West Region), a position she held for virtually the entire campaign, Frisch ended the regular season ranked fifth in three-point percentage (.381), sixth in free throw percentage (.816), ninth in field goal percentage (.469) as well as fifth in steals (2.4), sixth in assists (3.5), seventh in triples made (1.8) per game, and ninth in assist-to-turnover ratio (0.7).
The PacWest Player of the Week once on
Nov. 24 after packing the stat sheet with 19.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.0 steals, and 2.0 assists per game while going 12-for-12 in two contests, Frisch scored at least 11 points 25 of her 27 games highlighted by the 32 she poured in during a 78-66 road win over Chaminade on
Jan. 15. The native of Rungsted Kyst, Denmark became the ninth Oak in program history to eclipse 1,000 career points on
Nov. 22 and went on to finish fifth all-time with 1,427 points. In addition to setting new career-highs with 10 rebounds (as part of a 26-point, five-assist, three-steal effort) on
Feb. 21 against Fresno Pacific and nine assists versus Dominican on
Dec. 21, Frisch put herself among Menlo's top 10 in a host of statistical categories including 3-pointers made (148, third), assists (253, fourth), free throws made (303, fifth), and steals (164, sixth).
The All-Conference recognition was the second in Frisch's career following her
2024-25 All-PacWest Third Team honor and marked the fifth consecutive season that Menlo Women's Basketball had an All-Conference honoree and the second straight since joining NCAA Division II and the PacWest.
