Biography

2​014-15:

A​ppeared in 26 games as a true freshman for the Oaks...shot 44.6% from the field and 29.6% from beyond the arc...hauled in 55 rebounds...scored a season-best 11 point game in a contest in which she knocked down 5 shots.

High School:

Smith led her team to a Peninsula Athletic League Championship and the CCS quarterfinals with a 24-4 record by averaging 23.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.4 steals and 3.4 assists per game in her senior season. Her remarkable senior campaign netted her a slew of post season accolades including: San Mateo County Daily Journal Player of the Year, Daily News Player of the Year, Daily News 1st team, San Jose Mercury News 2nd team and Peninsula Athletic League MVP. She also brought home a pair of honors at the conclusion of her junior season including: Peninsula Athletic League 1st team, All Daily News Honorable Mention. A consummate leader on the floor, Smith was the team captain and MVP in both 2013 and 2014 in which she helped take Carlmont from an 8-16 record in 2013 to a 24-4 mark in 2014.
