Although Monique has only been here for one year, she has made her presence felt as this season's leading scorer and rebounder averaging 12.7 points per game and 8.7 boards per game. In fact Monique showed the Menlo fans what they got in her right from the get go. In only her fifth game as an Oak back on November 13 2010, Monique scored a career high and team season high 30 points, leading Menlo to an 84-74 victor over Southern Oregon University. In addition to the gaudy statistics, Monique earned 1st Team All-Cal Pac Honors and took home the Cal Pac Newcomer of the Year Award.

Dad: John Calvello. Monique is part of a big family as she is one of five siblings, (three brothers and one sister). Her strongest sport until high school was actually soccer. Monique will miss her time here at Menlo, thanking all of her teammates and coaches for the support that they showed.
