Previous Experience:
Lara was a four year varsity player at Montrose High School, and was named All-Conference in each of those four seasons.  A natural leader, Lara was also elected to be her team’s captain in both her junior and senior seasons.  Not only was Lara dominant on the softball diamond, but also was a three year All-Conference honoree while playing for the Montrose lacrosse team.  Lara also has an excellent athletic pedigree, with an older brother competing in collegiate track and an older sister playing softball just up the road at Academy of the Arts.
