The Oaks were able to cause CUI multiple offensive errors, as well as standing tall at the net with a few blocks of their own. The second set was a much tighter battle, with Menlo edging out CUI 20-28. The Oaks faced multiple lead changes, but Menlo's fluid offensive consistency kept the team on track to take the set. The Oak's clinched the final set 25-17 with ease. The Oak's serving proved to be the most effective, startling the Golden Eagles as they tried to collect themselves.
