Atherton, CA – Menlo Men's Volleyball took on a familiar foe from the NAIA in The Master's. Despite fighting through every set and point valiantly in front of a home crowd, Menlo would drop the match in four sets.

Breaking Down the Sets
The entire match was tightly contested, every point and rally was fought for on both sides of the court with both team's desperately trying to find a way through each other. The Oaks battled through the first set with nine ties and several lead changes before The Master's edging out a 23-25 victory. The Oaks were able to stay in the match in with the second set proving they are a force to be reckoned with. A strong offensive surge was seen as Menlo fought to take a 25-22 second set to even out the score. The third set was another sight to see as both teams were trading points. The Oaks were able to hold their ground, but the Mustangs were able to find that extra push to earn another set 22-25.
