SANTA BARBARA, CA – Inside Murchison Gymnasium for the final game of a three-part Pacific West Conference Southern California road trip, Menlo Women's Basketball responded to six first quarter triples from Westmont by shooting over 54 percent in the second and third quarters, but the Warriors continued to capitalize on second chances toward an 87-57 victory on Saturday.

The Warriors would cool off from long range, making just one in the second frame, but the margin between the two teams would not shift much as they traded baskets while the Oaks shot over 54 percent from the field. Another strong finish to the quarter allowed Westmont to head into the locker room up 43-26.

Nadia Brown kept Menlo in a position to make a fourth-quarter comeback, but 15 points was as close as the Oaks would come with the Warriors pushing to an 87-57 win in the end.
