Men's Volleyball Open NAIA Nationals With A Sweep Against Indiana Tech

DES MOINES, IOWA -- #6 Men's Volleyball opened up NAIA National Championships Pool Play with a 3-set sweep against Indiana Tech. The Oaks outperformed Indiana Tech across the statistics sheet.

In a side-by-side analysis of the match, Menlo unleashed on all cylinders. Menlo landed 40 kills in 3 sets hitting .384% where the Warriors only executed 29 kills for .114%. Menlo earned 8 aces compared to Tech's 4. The Oaks had an impressive 9 blocks, Chase Direito being part of 6 block assists and Julius Stiemer assisting 5 of them. The first-year Opposite from Germany can do it all! Lucas Larson dished 33 of the 39 assists for the Oaks as well as adding 5 digs, a solo block and a block assist. Stoklosinski and Larson both are continuing to prove their All-American status.
