GEORGETOWN, KY – #8 Menlo Men's Volleyball upsets #6 Georgetown in their own court, 3-1! The Oaks are in Kentucky this weekend taking on some of the top ranked teams in the NAIA back-to-back and Menlo put on a show for their first match of the week! The Oaks kept it close in the first set but ultimately dropped, 23-25. But they fought back hard and won the next 3 sets, 25-20, 25-28, and 26-24 for the dub! It was a team effort in the upset victory. 

Lucas Larson was the player of the match with 51 assists dished, 4 kills, 2 digs, and 1 service ace. Larson has a .667 kill percentage as a setter. Julius Stiemer earned himself 20 kills and 1 block assist. Konrad Stoklosinski was right behind him with 17 kills. Chase Direito had 5 kills and led the Oaks defense with 3 solo blocks. All-in-all a team effort to get the win on the road! 

The Oaks have a quick turn around for their double header match day as they take on RV Lourdes University at 10:00 AM PT and #7 Indiana Tech at Georgetown!
