MEN'S VOLLEYBALL DEFEAT RV ARIZONA CHRISTIAN 3-1

PHOENIX, AZ — Men's Volleyball is not the team to mess with! They come home to the Bay Area with another 2 road wins, beating RV Arizona Christian 3-1 (25-21, 25-20, 27-29, 26-24). That puts the Oaks at 10-0 on the 2023 season and they are unstoppable. Key performances from Konrad Stoklosiski, Lucas Larson, and Gabriel Knittel to combine for the win. This win secures the 1st place standing early on in conference tied with Vanguard (2-0) as well.

Attacking Side   

Konrad Stoklosinski led the team in kills with 21 and hitting at .366%. He also contributed 4 digs, 2 block assists and a solo block. Stoklosinski leads the conference with 102 kills on the season so far. Lucas Larson is getting comfortable near the 50 assists mark these days and was able to dish 51 today against Arizona Christian. Larson continues to stay on top of the conference with 11.21 assists per set. Lucas also is second in conference in Digs with 46. Josh Sullivan handled 14 digs on the day with 10 kills, 2 service aces, and one block assist and block solo. The team landed 59 kills in the 4 set thriller and earned 13 blocks! 

Knittel Showed Up to Play

Sophomore Middle Blocker Gabriel Knittel had a great performance on the court today earning 10 kills hitting at .600% and helping the team out with 1 solo block and 3 block assists. Knittel is the Oaks leader in blocks on the season with 20 total blocks, 4 solo blocks and 16 block assists. He also has 32 kills and is hitting at .433% so far this season.
