From coaching grappling athletes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo to guiding hockey and collegiate soccer teams, Lundy has a proven track record of adapting to each sport's unique demands. His prior roles include serving as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Bellevue College Men's Soccer, where he utilized advanced performance technologies like Catapult GPS tracking to optimize training loads and athlete readiness.

His commitment to professional excellence is matched by his passion for mentorship, having developed interns and young coaches throughout his career.
"Joining Menlo College is an incredible opportunity," Lundy shared. "My goal is to build an environment where every student-athlete feels supported in their pursuit of greatness — not only physically, but mentally and emotionally, too. I believe in developing resilient, adaptable athletes who thrive in competition and carry those skills into life beyond sports."
Menlo College Athletics Assistant AD Student Athlete Health, Wellness and Performance, Victor Brankovich praised Lundy's appointment, noting, "Joshua's extensive background and genuine dedication to the holistic growth of student-athletes make him the perfect fit for our department. We're excited to see the impact his leadership will have across our programs."
With his expertise in advanced testing technologies such as force plates, dynamometers, and GPS units, Lundy is prepared to elevate training, recovery, and performance tracking for all Oaks teams. His collaborative approach will continue Menlo's commitment to providing a championship experience while maintaining the highest standards of care and development for every athlete.
