Menlo College

Thadeus Niemira joins Head Coach Todd Hollenbeck’s staff as an assistant coach for the 2018-19 season. Niemira brings over four years of coaching experience at various levels with him to the Menlo College squad. He spent a pair of seasons as a volunteer assistant for his alma mater UC Santa Barbara’s Women’s Team and most recently worked with both the men’s and women’s squads at LA Pierce College. While at Pierce College, he helped both the men’s and women’s teams to conference titles in 2017 and led the men’s team to a CCCAA State Title in 2018. That season, he was named Western State Conference Coach of the Year. His other coaching experience includes eight seasons as a high school level coach and a pair of seasons as a boys’ and girls’ club coach. Niemira is a San Bruno native and graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Applied Probability and Statistics.
