Keith Lambert has built a legacy of excellence across multiple seasons as a head coach at Menlo College. After leading the Women’s Soccer program for four years, Lambert transitioned to the Men’s Soccer team in 2017, where he has since elevated the Oaks to new heights. In September 2024, he earned his 100th career victory with a 3-1 win over San Francisco State University—another milestone in a decorated career.
Lambert has been instrumental in guiding the Menlo Men's Soccer program through its evolution from the Cal Pac to the GSAC, and now to NCAA Division II and the PacWest Conference. In his first season in the PacWest, he led the team to a 2nd-place conference finish, signaling a strong arrival on the DII stage.

During his four-year tenure with the Women’s Soccer program, Lambert:

Beyond Menlo, Lambert is also the head coach at MVLA Soccer Club, further solidifying his impact on player development in the region. He joined Menlo after four seasons as the First Assistant Coach for the Men’s Soccer program at Cal State East Bay, and previously served as an assistant for both the men’s and women’s teams at his alma mater, Humboldt State University.
As a player, Lambert competed at CSU San Bernardino before transferring to Humboldt State, where he captained the team as a senior and earned Second-Team All-CCAA and Second-Team All-West Region honors. After college, he played one season professionally with the Lancaster Rattlers of the Premier Development League.
Lambert earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Humboldt State in 2008, and completed a Master’s in Public Administration at Cal State East Bay in 2014. He holds multiple coaching credentials, including a USSF A License, NSCAA Level II Goalkeeping License, and Premier Coaching Diplomas.
A native of Lancaster, California, Lambert currently resides in Atherton with his wife, Kimberly, and their two children. His leadership, vision, and passion for the game continue to shape the success and culture of Menlo College Soccer.
