Ian Eisenberger

Ian Eisenberger joined the Athletic Training staff at Menlo College as their Graduate Assistant in 2020-21. He stayed as the Assistant Athletic Trainer before being promoted to Associate Head Athletic Trainer most recently in 2025. He has since received his Masters Degree from San Jose State University, studying Kinesiology. Prior to joining Menlo, Ian attended Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. While there Ian received his Bachelors in Athletic Training. During his Junior and Senior years he had the opportunity to partake in a multitude of Internships at the University of Buffalo. During this time he worked with their football team during the 2018-29 season.

Ian conducted his Thesis study looking at the interpersonal relationship between athletes and their athletic trainers and the effect it has on return to play. His findings guide the way he approaches his work each day. Originally from Grand Island, NY, Ian competed as a Division I swimmer each of his four years at Canisius College while completing his studies. He is a Certified Athletic Trainer through the Board of Certification and a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.Â
