Menlo College

Chris Cleary enters his first year on the Menlo College baseball staff. Cleary is a recent graduate of Menlo College, where he played all four years of collegiate baseball and earned his degree in Sports Management. Although he is proud of being named an NAIA Scholar Athlete in 2012, Cleary is most proud of helping the Oaks to two of the best seasons in school history during his junior and senior years. His junior year, the Oaks set the school record for wins, going 32-18. His senior year he helped the Oaks to their first conference championship and playoff birth. The Oaks would go on to end the season two wins short of a College World Series berth.

Cleary was born and raised in Fresno, CA where he lettered in baseball at Clovis West High School. He is also a first-year head coach for Peninsula Baseball Club's U-14 travel team.
