Went 22-12 in her debut season as an Oak ... Finished ranked #4 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference and #9 in NAIA at 143 ... 2nd place at West Coast Tournament of Champions where Menlo took 1st as a team ... 143-Champion at Cerritos Open after a teach fall in tha final match ... 4th place at Cascade Collegiate Conference Championships to qualify for the inaugural Women's Wrestling NAIA National Championships ... Took 8th place at NAIA National Championships to earn All-American status.

Previous Experience:

Also from the Southern California area, Desiree Jones joins the program from Pauma Valley, California. Jones attended Valley Center High School and competed in a different weight class than Salais, but had similar success. She was a two-time CIF San Diego Section champion, two-time CIF San Diego Masters Tournament champion, and three-time CIF state championship qualifier. As a senior, Jones placed third at the 2022 CIF state championship. She ranks as the #7 150-pound wrestler in the state according to CalWrestling.com.
