2022-23:

Went 2-1 in debut season at Menlo. 

Previous Experience:

Karen Salais signs with the Oaks as a four-time CIF San Diego Section wrestling champion. She comes from Calexico High School where she placed at CIF state championships on three different occasions, taking third place as a sophomore and senior. She was also a three-time CIF San Diego Masters Tournament champion and two-time CIF San Diego Masters Tournament MVP for lower weights. In the Junior Olympics, Salais placed first at the Olimpiada Nacional Juvenil in 2019. CalWrestling.com ranks Salais as the #2 106-pound wrestler in the state.
