Biography

2019-20:

The Oaks number one choice in a stacked group of 125 wrestlers in his sophomore year...Went 19-12 in his 31 bouts on the season...Opened up the season by winning the 133 bracket of the Menlo Open...Placed fifth at the Bill Musick Invitational...Earned All-Conference Status for the second consecutive year after placing second at the CCC Tounrmanet...Entered the National Tournament ranked sixth in the NAIA at 125, and finished in sixth to earn All-American Status.

2018-19:

Had a standout debut season with the Oaks...Held a stellar record of 22-10 with 54 takedowns...Placed third in his first collegiate tournament, the Menlo Open, battling through the consolation bracket after dropping his first bout...Placed third at the Menlo Invitational...Had his strongest showing of the year at the Missouri Valley Invitational, where he would place second...Followed that up with a second place finish at the CCC Tournament to earn All-Conference status as a freshman...Earned a spot at Nationals as the 8th ranked 125 wrestler in the NAIA, and won his first two bouts at the NAIA National Tournament.

Previous Experience:

Prepped at Alvarez High School in Salinas, California...Placed second at CCS in his senior year...Finished third in the 120 bracket of the Monterrey Bay League Tournament.
