2025-26 PacWest Scholar-Athletes of the Year
LONG BEACH, CA – Epitomizing student-athlete balance at a high standard, Menlo Men's Golf graduate student
Jack Stark has been named the 2025-26 PacWest Men's Golf Scholar-Athlete of the Year on Tuesday. A MSIS major from England, Stark becomes the second straight Menlo Men's Golfer student-athlete to earn this prestigious award that recognizes excellence in both athletic performance and academic achievement.
The final collegiate season for Stark was a truly memorable one as he earned
PacWest Golfer of the Week for the second time in his career his season-best tournament score of an even-par 216 led him to finish third of 95 amid challenging weather conditions at the
Otter Invitational just three tournaments into the campaign. That would be one of four top-10 finishes the native of High Wycombe, England turned in en route to taking eighth and PacWest All-Tournament Team honors at the
PacWest Championship. Supporting a 73.8 scoring average, Stark ended the year on the
All-PacWest Second Team ranking eighth nationally among conference golfers while signing off on a collegiate career marked by determination, leadership, and elite performance.
In addition to his stellar work on the course, Stark authored a 4.0 cumulative grade point average in Information Systems with a host of academic honors across his final collegiate season. After being inducted into both the
Alpha Chi Society and Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Societies, he became one of the first two Menlo golfers ever to earn a place on the
CSC Academic All-District Team. Stark's selection as the PacWest Men's Golf Scholar-Athlete of the Year follows
the first Oak to claim the honor,
Nicolas-Guy Landry, in 2025.
Menlo College celebrates Stark's exceptional accomplishments and thanks him for the lasting impact he has made on the Men's Golf program and the campus community.
