Martin Fiala | Senior Goalkeeper | Czech Republic

A leader between the posts and a difference-maker in every match, Martin Fiala has redefined what it means to be a clutch goalkeeper. The 6'0" senior from the Czech Republic transferred from Norco College in 2024 and immediately became a commanding presence for the Oaks. This season, Fiala started all 17 matches, amassing 56 saves to lead the PacWest while ranking #4 in goals against average (1.23) and #4 in shutouts (3). His ability to read the game and deliver under pressure was never more evident than in Menlo's final match of the season, where he made a stunning penalty kick save in the 87th minute to secure a draw. A three-time PacWest Defender of the Week and two-time All-PacWest honoree, Fiala's legacy will be remembered as one of poise, passion, and championship mentality.

David Stuber | Senior Defender | Switzerland

From the moment he stepped on the field, David Stuber became the cornerstone of Menlo's defense - steady, fearless, and always reliable. The 5'11" center back from Switzerland started every match this season, anchoring the backline while adding an impressive 4 goals and 5 assists. Stuber finishes his Menlo career with a perfect 6-for-6 record on penalty kicks, and his combination of defensive toughness and offensive instinct made him one of the most complete players in the conference. A 2024 First Team All-PacWest honoree and the 2025 Menlo Athletics Fall Sport Male Athlete of the Year, Stuber leaves behind a legacy of leadership, consistency, and excellence.

Isak Haukefaer | Senior Forward | Bergen, Norway

A true competitor and leader on the pitch, Isak Haukefaer has been a driving force in Menlo's attack since 2022. The 5'11" forward from Bergen, Norway, brought strength, creativity, and composure to every match, consistently putting the Oaks in scoring position. This season, he tallied 10 goals, 1 assist, and 3 game-winning goals, ranking #4 in the PacWest for goals scored. Known for his ability to hold off defenders and create his own opportunities, Haukefaer delivered clutch game-winners against Monterey Bay, Dominican, and Hawai'i Pacific. A two-time All-PacWest honoree and NCAA National Player of the Week, he ends his Oak career as one of the program's most feared and respected forwards, a model of determination and grit.

Jose "Chicha" Garcia | Junior Midfielder | San Bernardino, CA

The newest face among this year's honorees, Jose "Chicha" Garcia made an instant impact in his first season in Atherton. The 5'9" midfielder transferred from Norco College, where he had been named Conference Player of the Year, and quickly became the creative heartbeat of Menlo's midfield. Garcia started all 15 matches, contributing 5 goals and 4 assists, including a game-winning strike against Westmont College. Known for his dazzling footwork, vision, and ability to take on defenders, Garcia brought flair and confidence to every possession. His highlight-reel goals and playmaking ability made him a fan favorite and a nightmare for opposing defenses. In just one season, he's proven himself a key piece of Menlo's future and now, an All-PacWest Second Team midfielder.

A Season to Remember, A Legacy to Build

As Menlo wraps up its second season in the PacWest, the program continues to set new standards of excellence on and off the field. The four honorees represent not only individual talent, but also the culture of hard work, brotherhood, and pride that defines Menlo Soccer. With a strong core returning and a growing legacy of success, the future is bright in Atherton. The Oaks are just getting started.
