Atherton, CA-There have been plenty of outstanding seasons in the history of Menlo Men's Basketball. Yet, Landon Seaman's run through the 2023-2024 season has to rank among some of the most impressive. For his work as one of the premier players in the GSAC, Seaman was not only named to the All-Conference team but he was also honored as the Co-GSAC Player of the Year!
Seaman's statistical production was second to none in the conference. For the year the Oaks starting center averaged 20.4 points per game, 9.1 rebounds per game and a hyper efficient field goal percentage of 62%! Seaman would go on to lead the GSAC in total points, total rebounds, field goal percentage, points per game, rebounds per game and offensive rebounds per game. In other words, no one had an answer for the Oaks man in the middle.
Now, with the playoffs on the line Seaman will now look to assert himself on the most high profile stage. The Oaks will play Hope International tomorrow for a chance to move to the semifinals. In his two matchups against the Royals this year Seaman has averaged an impressive 17.5 PPG, 11.5 RPG while shooting 73% from the floor. Don't be surprised to see him once again tear up the court with the season on the line!
