Caroline grew up in the Bay Area and has been in and out of coaching and playing sports since childhood. Her love for sports only grew as she committed to California Baptist University (CBU) to play water polo. At CBU, she developed a love for the weight room and Athletic Performance while she studied Kinesiology and Sports Medicine. From there she went on to work at the National Strength and Conditioning Association where she was exposed to a variety of demographics from high school athletes to SWAT to minor league hockey teams.
This experience taught her that building trust is the foundation for any successful program. Her passion for young athletes development in sport as well as social, emotions, and professional drives her desire to coach. Her philosophy is built on coaching the whole athlete, by letting her athletes know that she cares about them as people first. Later on she continued her coaching career back at home for the Dons at the University of San Francisco (USF). There she refined her skills as a sports performance professional and developed more skills such as RPR and FRC. Now she is excited to make an impact with the Oaks Athletics Family. Go Oaks!
