Lance Lew began as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for Menlo Women’s Flag Football in 2026.
For more than 25 years, Lew has been serving as a flag football official across national, regional, and elite-level tournaments including USA Flag, USA Football, IFAF, NCAA, NAIA, and international competition.
Among the highlights for Lew have been officiating NCAA / NAIA College Women’s Flag conference games, USA Flag Regionals, the NFL Flag – U13 International Championship, USA vs. Team Football Showcase, YouTube Creator Event, JR National Trials, and the USA Flag World Championship in 2026.
He previously worked both USA Flag Regionals and Nationals in 2025, 2024, and 2022 as well as the USA Flag Football World Championships each of the past more than five years.
