2022-23:

One of the top freshmen for the Oaks…competed in both Cross Country and Track…ran a season best 23:48 in the 5K at the GSAC Championships…primarily raced in the 800 and 1500 meters

Previous Experience:

Emma prepped at Mount Douglas Senior Secondary School and ran for the Prairie Inn Harriers Elite Youth Racing Team.  In her freshman year, Emma was named team MVP for track and cross country, earning her a spot on Team Victoria for the Pacific Northwest American Cross Country Championship in her sophomore year.  As a junior, Emma was named the 11th grade athlete of the year at Mount Douglas, and was named a cross country team captain going into her senior year.  In her senior season, not only did Emma run for her high school team, but she was also selected to Team British Columbia for the Canadian Cross Country National Championship.  At that event, Emma helped her team to a second place finish overall.
