Menlo College

Ruck joins the Menlo Softball staff in 2019 as an assistant on Coach Thompson's staff. She graduated from Oklahoma City University in 2016 with a degree in Behavioral Science and is continuing her education by obtaining a Master's in Clinical Counseling and Kinesiology while she coaches.

As a player, Ruck began her career in 1995 with Oklahoma City University, where her Stars were NAAI Champions in 1996. After taking 18 years off of softball, she returned to Cuesta College in 2013 to continue her education and her playing career, and did so magnificantly. She made first-team All-Conference at Cuesta College and went back to Oklahoma to resume her career with the Stars, where they again won a World Series in 2016 and she was an Academic All-American in 2014.

Her coaching career includes time spent as the head coach at Cuesta College from 2016-17, and she also has spent time as a youth assistant for a variety of teams. Reedley College is the other institution Coach Ruck has time at, where she began as an assistant in 2017.
