In the 2023-24 season, Assistant Coach Jeff Reimel aided Head Coach Joey Martinez with upholding the Menlo College Men's Wrestling standards through another successful year. Menlo wrestled an undefeated home dual season and finished 3rd at the NWCA National Duals in Cedar Falls, Iowa. At the Cascade Conference Championship Tournament, the Oaks placed 11 wrestlers, including 3 Conference Champions, to qualify for Nationals and to clinch the Conference Championship Title for the second year in a row. Menlo was awarded Outstanding Wrestler of the Tournament (Rysan Leong) and CCC Coach of the Year (Joey Martinez). At the NAIA National Championship Tournament, 6 Oaks advanced to placement rounds to earn All-American status, including a National Champion in Jovan Garcia (133) and a National Runner-Up in Nicolas Aguilar (125). Menlo College earned 3rd place as a team at the NAIA National Championship Tournament. 7 wrestlers were named NWCA Scholar All-Americans, 3 named NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete, and 8 CCC Academic All-Conference.  

Jeffrey Reimel begins his 5th season with the Oaks as an assistant coach for the 2024-25 season. He was the assistant wrestling coach of Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, Georgia, and Alvernia University, Reading Pennsylvania. 

Reimel received his Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management with a minor in Coaching from the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where he served as 2x U.S Men’s National Flag Football Team Member and a 2x Kutztown University Wrestling team captain. He is also a 3x time Division II wrestling national qualifier and was named Division II All American (5th & 6th in the nation). He is an IFAF World Flag Football Champion. 

Reimel also has an NCACE (National Committee for Accreditation of Coaching Education) Certification and a USA Wrestling Bronze Medal Certification.
