2019:

For the third consecutive season, ran in every race for the Oaks this season...Hit a career best time of 25:32.6 at the William Jessup Warrior Invitational...Placed 12th at the GSAC Championship, just missing a trip to nationals.

2018:

One of four Oaks to race in every meet this year, his sophomore season...set the program record for fastest 8k at the Warrior Invitational on October 20, with a time of 26:24.7...carried that strong performance into the GSAC Championships, where he placed 13th and earned All-GSAC status for the first time in his career...finished second on the team in average pace.

2017:

Competed in all five races for the Oaks during his freshman season...set personal records in three different events while improving his time during every race...finished 28th overall in his first ever 8k race, the NDNU Argonaut Invite to begin the year...finished 46th overall in The Master's University Invite, a personal record...finished 34th overall at the GSAC championships.
