Menlo Women’s Wrestling Announces Girls Pre-Season Training Camp September 19-20

8/7/2026 10:56:00 AM

ATHERTON, CA – Menlo College Women's Wrestling is ready to hit the mats ahead of the 2026-27 season, hosting its Pre-Season Training Camp on September 19-20, 2026, at Menlo College. Designed specifically for middle school and high school girls wrestlers, the two-day intensive camp will provide athletes with a high-level training environment to sharpen their skills and prepare for the upcoming season.

This camp is built for wrestlers who are ready to be challenged. Previous wrestling experience is required, but athletes do not need to be the best wrestler in the room. Participants should be comfortable drilling basic wrestling movements and prepared to train at a high level alongside other driven and competitive athletes.

Throughout the weekend, wrestlers will work directly on technique instruction, high-volume drilling, live wrestling and intense workouts designed to build confidence, sharpen skills and prepare athletes for the demands of the season. The Menlo coaching staff will challenge athletes to compete, stay coachable and embrace the work as they take their game to the next level.

This is an opportunity to train in a competitive environment, get pushed by experienced coaches and teammates, and enter the season ready to compete.
