2026 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars
NORMAN, Okla. – Four Oaks claimed the distinction of Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars propelling Menlo College Men's Golf to a PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award in this week's recognitions of academic and athletic balance as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America.

On the strength of 17 Oaks' academic success, Menlo produced a 3.40 GPA during a 2025-26 season that culminated with a runner-up finish at the Pacific West Conference Championship Tournament. The Oaks won their own RCA Electric Spring Invitational, had two named to the PacWest All-Tournament Team, and finished with a duo on the All-PacWest Team as well. Leading all PacWest men's golf teams with 14 Academic All-PacWest honorees, Menlo added two CSC Academic All-District selections plus the PacWest Men's Golf Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
In order to receive the PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award, a program must have collectively delivered a 3.00 cumulative team grade point average or higher for the 2025-26 academic year. Menlo Men's Golf was one of 28 NCAA Division II teams to earn the honor in 2025-26.

To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination in NCAA Division II, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically. In addition, they must participate in 50 percent of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 78.0 in NCAA DII and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university - a feat which was accomplished by a total of 209 DII men's student-athletes across the country in 2025-26.
This marks the Oaks' second GCAA Team Academic Award (first was in 2024), exemplifying the program's continued emphasis on the importance of competitive and academic balance as collegiate student-athletes.
