Plenty Of Pars Push Stark Into Fourth On Leaderboard
Though the two leaders after the first day were both surpassed by Vanguard's Alex Elia for the individual title, Stark still turned in 11 of his 37 pars on Tuesday while adding two more birdies for the 3-over-par 75 that put him tied for fourth overall with a 1-over-par 217 that was one stroke from his best mark of the season. Sharing that 3-over-par 75 score was junior
Cole Kroeker who spent much of the middle part of the round either even or one over before taking 11th individually with a 5-over-par 221.
A bit of an up-and-down round came for sophomore
Emmett Shell with his three birdies serving as the highlights toward a top-20 result. He tied for 19th after a 4-over-par 76 closed out his 8-over-par 224. Junior
Kevin Chen ended not far from his spot on the first day, taking a tie for 28th following his 19-over-par 235 through three rounds.
