ATHERTON, CA – Two of the top teams in the country faced off at Cartan Tennis Courts on Monday and, emerging from the battle of Pacific West Conference opponents, No. 11 Hawaii Pacific posted the 6-1 victory over No. 44 Menlo Women's Tennis to end the Oaks' four-match win streak.

The doubles point was secured by the Sharks with results on Court 2 and Court 3, but a hard-fought matchup on Court 1 played out in a tiebreaker with No. 12 Evi Roobol and Annika Harkovirta edging juniors

Dziewiecka, ranked No. 70 nationally in singles, found herself matched up with another carrying a national ranking in No. 50 Roobol on Court 1. On this occasion it was Roobol who walked away with the 6-3, 6-2 win as HPU worked toward its six singles victories. Meanwhile, sophomore
Ombeline Robilliart remained perfect in eight singles matches this spring, besting Willow Dymkowski 7-5, 6-4 with Robilliart's 16th consecutive set win on Court 5.
