Asger Emil Ildor taking down Diogo Manzano and Emil Hultman 6-4 on Court 2 to even up the doubles action. Then junior
Robin McAlpine and freshman
David Espinosa Navarro took down Henry Scheck and William Leschig, ranked No. 14 nationally, by a 7-5 final on Court 1 to gain the early advantage.
Though the Mavericks had the match evened up with the conclusion of the first singles match, the Oaks proceeded to take each of the next five with sophomore
Tijl Forger besting Leschig 6-3, 6-2 on Court 4 then junior
Henry Riccioni-Brown carrying momentum from a first set tiebreaker into a 7-6 (7-2), 6-4 victory over Manzano on Court 2. McAlpine posted his second win of the morning with a 6-3, 3-6, 6-2 triumph over Scheck on Court 1 and the pair of graduate student
Galien Del Vecchio (6-1, 6-1) and senior
Robinson Pelluault (6-3, 6-2) each topped their opponents to wrap up the 6-1 final.
