AZUSA, CA – Though Menlo Women's Tennis picked up two wins in singles play and nearly had a third, Colorado Mesa walked away with the 4-2 victory out at Azusa Pacific's Munson & Bavougian Tennis Complex in the Oaks' final match in Southern California on Tuesday.

Dziewiecka, Jovic Deliver Singles Wins For Oaks
After securing the doubles point, the Mavericks continued to build their lead with two more singles results initially. Junior Zofia Dziewiecka denied CMU that opportunity on Court 1 where she put away Devyn Rodriguez 7-5, 6-3 and freshman Gloria Jovic bounced back from an early deficit to defeat Delia Maier 5-7, 6-1, 6-4 on Court 4, but Colorado Mesa was able to clinch the overall victory on Court 5 while junior Polya Nikolova was one game away from a 7-6, (7-2), 5-2 triumph on Court 6.
