ATHERTON, CA – Menlo Women's Tennis simply dominated each of nine pairings with Chaminade on Friday at Wunderlich Tennis Courts, resulting in a 7-0 victory for the Oaks' fifth win in their last six matches.

Menlo Allows Just Five Games Across Doubles, Singles Action
Beginning in doubles, junior Nia Macay and sophomore Ombeline Robilliart were first to win 6-0 on Court 2, followed quickly by senior Yousra Hidass and Gloria Jovic with the same score on Court 1.

The doubles point gave way to back-to-back 6-0, 6-0 results for senior Carlotta Stern and junior Karen Saucedo on Court 6 and Court 5 respectively, setting up Hidass for the clincher on Court 1 in the form of a 6-0, 6-1 result. Macay also went 6-0, 6-1 for the victory on Court 3 before Court 4 saw freshman Bianca Tatu claim a 6-0, 6-3 win in her first action on court this spring. Jovic added another perfect 6-0, 6-0 score to wrap up the 7-0 sweep in less than two hours.
