SANTA CRUZ, CA – With the doubles point in hand, Menlo Women's Tennis used a similar recipe from the day prior, dominating on singles Courts 4-6 while adding one more victory on the top court for the 5-2 victory over UC Santa Cruz at the UCSC Tennis Center on Sunday.

Oaks' Singles Depth On Display For Second Straight Day
Each able to earn their first wins as doubles pairs this year, Court 1 had junior Zofia Dziewiecka and senior Yousra Hidass take down Adeline Lai and Brooklyn Walker 6-2 while Court 2 saw juniors Polya Nikolova and Nia Macay team up for the 6-3 triumph over Lucy Yung and Callie Tzab.

The momentum of the doubles point carried into singles as sophomore Ombeline Robilliart quickly took care of Emily Belezzuoli 6-0, 6-0 on Court 5 and Macay added a 6-1, 6-3 victory versus Lai on Court 6. Effectively settling the match, freshman Gloria Jovic emerged a 6-1, 6-3 winner on Court 4 and Dziewiecka finished off the 6-4, 7-5 result on Court 1 as the Oaks celebrated their first win of the season at 5-2.
