HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA – Menlo Women's Wrestling opened up their 2026 by posting three dominant victories over Arizona Christian, Fresno State, and Westcliff, outscoring the field by a combined 107-26 in team points.
 
Menlo v. Arizona Christian, 31-14
The Oaks would open their day against the Arizona Christian Firestorm. Despite dropping the first two weights, the Oaks would take the final eight weights of the dual. Rebecca Fletcher started the rally at 117 with a 9-6 decision over Catalina Brown. While freshman Isabel Navarro would earn the Oaks first bonus points with a pin in 1:36. Renice Gonzalez would earn a 16-5 techfall as the Oaks would earn forfeits in the next three weights. With the dual secured, Mikayala Lancaster finished the dual with a pin at 180, with Menlo earning another forfeit at 207 to close out their first dual of 2026.
 
Menlo v. Fresno State, 41-4
In their second dual it would almost be the same story for Menlo. Hayden Fry would earn the fall at 110, with the Oaks earning forfeits all the way the 138lb weight class. Gonzalez would earn her second bonus point win of the day with a fall in 2:16 with Maci Stemmons earning one of her own at 145 in 1:13 to secure the dual meet victory.
 
Menlo v. Westcliff, 35-8
Menlo capped the day with a 35-8 win over Westcliff, once again jumping out to an early lead with three straight forfeits. Isabel Navarro and Maci Stemmons delivered back-to-back falls at 131 and 138 before dropping 145. Mikayla Lancaster finished her bout with a pin at 180 while Kalila Shrive closed the meet with an 11-0 technical fall at 207.
