RCA Electric Invitational Results

CARMEL, CA – As the placements shifted on the final day of the RCA Electric Invitational out at Quail Lodge Golf Resort, Menlo Men's Golf found themselves fifth overall with a steady final round from graduate student Jack Stark highlighting Tuesday's action.

Oaks Highlights
-The Oaks combined for 35 birdies in the tournament
-Inside the top 10 through two rounds, Cole Kroeker was just one over par going into the last day

Stark Solid Over Last 18 Holes
A total of 12 pars and two birdies came for Stark through the final round as he wrapped up at a 2-over-par 73 toward his greater 7-over-par 220 in a tie for 14th overall. Junior Cole Kroeker posted a team-best four birdies on Tuesday, earning him a 7-over-par 78 and putting him tied with freshman QiFeng "Adam" Tong (competing as an individual) for 17th with an 8-over-par 221. Rounding out the four qualifiers for Menlo was sophomore Ryan Bello tied for 29th at 13-over-par 226 and sophomore Emmett Shell tied for 35 th at 16-over-par 229.

In two weeks, the Oaks will return to the Monterey area for Cal State Monterey Bay's Otter Invitational at the Bayonet and Blackhorse Golf Course on Oct. 13-14.
