Alexandria Glaudé Appointed as Assistant Coach for Menlo Women's Wrestling

ATHERTON, CA – Menlo College is proud to announce the appointment of Alexandria Glaudé as an Assistant Women's Wrestling Coach under Michael Ayala. Glaudé joined the women's wrestling program this summer and is bringing elite domestic and international experience, as well as a championship pedigree that will help elevate the program to new heights.  

The Sacramento, CA native graduated from McKendree University, where she became a two-time collegiate national champion. Glaudé captured the 2019 WCWA national championship at 155 pounds and went on to win the inaugural National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships (NCWWC) in 2020.

Glaudé has also been a force on the mat at the international level, representing Team USA with distinction. Glaudé earned a bronze medal at the 2018 U23 World Championship in women's freestyle, showcasing her ability to excel against the world's best. Earlier this summer, Glaudé earned the top spot to get onto the 2025 U.S. Senior World Team for women's freestyle at 72kgs where she will represent Team USA at the UWW Senior World Championships in Zagreb, Croatia from September 16-17. 

With experience and knowledge at the highest level possible for wrestling, Menlo College looks forward to the positive impact Glaudé will have on the Oaks as the program continues its tremendous growth within the NCAA.
