ATHERTON, CA  - The Menlo College Women's Tennis program displayed a dominant performance at home against Westmont College, defending the Cartan Tennis Courts. The Oaks were able to earn a dominant 4-1 victory over the Warriors.
 
MATCH RECAP
The Oaks started the day off with landslide wins in the doubles. At the no. 1 spot, Anthea Weiland and Milana Hrudka were the go-to Oaks to lead things off. Gong back and forth, the star duo was able to earn a 6-3 win to help in earning the first point of the day. Livia Harper and Yousra Hidass were the other duo to help earn the first point of day in doubles play, earning another 6-3 victory, allowing the Oaks to be up 1-0 in team points.

In singles play, Anthea Weiland continued her run from the doubles and earned a hard fought 6-0, 6-7(5), 7-5 win victory in the no. 2 spot. Lea Mocher was called up to be in the no. 4 spot and battled her way to a sweep victory 6-3, 7-5, with the Oaks now earning three points on the day. Yousra Hidass earned the most dominant win of all the matches, also sweeping her opponent 6-2 in both sets to secure the Oaks win over the Warriors 4-1.
