San Marcos, CA-Menlo Men's Tennis heads into April with a win after sweeping St.Katherine's 7-0. The Oaks have now won four in a row as they head into the final stretch of the season with plenty of momentum and their eyes set on the GSAC Conference Tournament.
Sweeping Through the Doubles
Right away Menlo set the tone with a 3-0 showing to start the day in the doubles. All three pairings managed comfortable leads. Both the pairings Hochenaur/Mulas and Roldan/Russwurm would win by a score of 6-4. The duo of Rogovski/Trautwein were even more dominant as they managed to win via a 6-3 final score.
Six Straight Singles Wins
The momentum of the doubles carried over through the singles with Menlo posting a 6-0 showing. Luis Hochenaur continues to lead the Oaks winning his match with scores of 6-2 and 6-0. Saar Rogovski and David Mulas were equally dominant. Rogovski managed to win 6-0 and 6-1 while Mulas pulled out a victory with 6-2 and 6-1 scores. Lastly, Ruben Russwurm was dynamic for the Oaks. He won both his sets 6-0 to cap off the sweep for Menlo.

After four consecutive road matches Menlo is now going to be returning home for matches against Holy Names and William Jessup. Having won four matches in the row, the Oaks are being to peak at the right time as the postseason is less than a month away!
