The Danville, CA native, now in his third season with the Oaks, continues to excel on the platform, showcasing his hard work and dedication in the weightroom. This past weekend the Oaks competed at the Hassle Free Winter Breakers in Hayward, CA, where James delivered an impressive performance, completing 5 of 6 lifts, with a 104 kgs snatch and a 131 kg clean and jerk to finish with a total of 235 kgs, almost a 10 kg increase from his appearance last season at University Nationals.
