Leading the charge for Menlo Women's Basketball in a 78-74 overtime victory hosting Biola on Feb. 14, senior guard Jayonnah Carter scored a career-high 24 points with six assists, four rebounds, and three steals. Scoring at least three points in every quarter as well as the extra frame, the Oakland native shot .700 percent from the field (7-for-10) with three 3-pointers made. Overtime began with Carter putting in the first four points to give the Oaks a lead they would not relinquish. In addition to ranking third in the Pacific West Conference in steals per game (2.7) after totaling 28 thefts in her last nine games, the senior guard is also among the conference's top 10 in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.1, seventh) and assists per game (2.9, ninth).
