Neil-Matthew Sutherland has helped revive the Oaks sprint squad in the 2023 Track & Field Season. Sutherland is a freshman mid-year transfer from Kingston, Jamaica. In his first season with only 3 races ran he has already qualified for the NAIA National Meet. He won the 110M Hurdles at the Johnny Mathis Invitational at San Francisco State. He also finished top 5 at the Cardinal Classic hosted by Stanford University and the Mike Fanelli Classic at San Francisco State as well.
