James Surovcik is originally from New Jersey and currently resides in Philadelphia. He played collegiate golf at both New Mexico Military Institute and Felician University (DII). As a member of the Corps of Cadets at New Mexico Military, James found his passion for sports performance and after graduating, James served as a strength and conditioning intern at both The Ohio State University and NC State University, where he worked with wrestling, soccer, and a variety of Olympic sport teams.
During his time at Ohio State and NC State, James was able to work with over 20 Olympic sports, dozens of top strength coaches, and many All-Americans and National Champions. James is committed to his athletes and excited to be a part of the team to help build on the success of Menlo Athletics.Â
