WAIKOLOA VILLAGE, HI – The Dennis Rose Intercollegiate featured improvements for more than one member of Menlo Women's Golf as the Oaks took ninth as a team at Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf on Tuesday.

Doubling her birdie count from the first round, junior
Julia Torrez took two strokes off Monday's trip through the course, shooting an 11-over-par 81 on Tuesday for a 25-over-par 165 that saw her rise nine positions into a tie for 29th overall. Freshman
Ester Otiepkova also rose with a solid last round, parring eight holes en route to a 28-over-par 168 in the tournament and a share of 34th with teammate freshman
Kim Penzold. Sophomore
Kayla Lancaster rounded out the four qualifiers for Menlo, carding a 41-over-par 181 good for 44th overall.
